Ankara&#8217;daki o\u011flundan bir yak\u0131n\u0131m kanal\u0131yla ula\u015f\u0131p inceleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu\u011fum bu eserinden dolay\u0131, arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck emek verdi\u011fi, ince eleyip s\u0131k dokudu\u011fu ve b\u00f6yle bir eser yaz\u0131p g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karma cesareti g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131ca kutlar\u0131m.\u0130smail Karacan&#8217;\u0131n ye\u011feni ozan Mustafa Karacan da, dayanaks\u0131z ve desteksiz \u00e7ala-kalem yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin etti\u011fim&#8221;Karaca Bey Ailesine Dedelik Nas\u0131l Verildi?&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 karanl\u0131k noktalarla dolu iftira t\u00fcten yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, bir k\u0131s\u0131m k\u00f6yl\u00fclerimizin ayl\u0131k \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131&#8221;Karaca&#8217;n\u0131n Sesi&#8221; adl\u0131 gazetede yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f, bana bunu da yeni getirdiler, inceledim. An\u0131lan yaz\u0131da ve kitap da ge\u00e7en, bana yanl\u0131\u015f gelen baz\u0131 nokta, husus ve iddialar\u0131 haddimiz olmadan na\u00e7izane yan\u0131tlar vermek suretiyle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmak, hata ve yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi i\u00e7in katk\u0131larda bulunmak istiyorum, elbette benim de hatalar\u0131m, yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131m olacakt\u0131r,olursa, her zaman ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fcp,yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131 ve hatalar\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fczeltmeye, \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemeye haz\u0131r\u0131m! Yaln\u0131z ger\u00e7ek ger\u00e7ektir,onu hi\u00e7 bir zaman asla ve kat&#8217;a unutmay\u0131p belle\u011fimize ger\u00e7ekleri de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye kalkman\u0131n hi\u00e7 kimseye bir yarar\u0131 olmaz diye yazal\u0131m.<br \/>\n\u00d6ncelikle, Mustafa Karacan&#8217;\u0131n&#8221;Karaca Bey Ailesine Dedelik Nas\u0131l Verildi?&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131ndaki baz\u0131 iddialara tam ve do\u011fru yan\u0131t verebilmek i\u00e7in bu yaz\u0131da ge\u00e7en baz\u0131 kavram, terim ve s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin yeri gelince,\u00f6nemli kamus\/l\u00fb\u011fat ve s\u00f6zl\u00fcklerdeki etimolojik, sosyal, tarihsel, b\u00f6lgesel ve yerel anlamlar\u0131n do\u011fru, a\u00e7\u0131k, yan\u0131lt\u0131s\u0131z olmas\u0131\/verilmesi l\u00e2z\u0131m geldi\u011fi kan\u0131s\u0131nday\u0131m. Bundan sonra, an\u0131lan yaz\u0131da \u00f6nes\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7e\u015fitli iddialara-kimseyi k\u0131rmadan, incitmeden- so\u011fuk kanl\u0131l\u0131kla ak\u0131l, mant\u0131k, akl-\u0131 selim ve bilgi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde doyurucu, do\u011fru, a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131, ger\u00e7ek ve eksiksiz yan\u0131tlar verilmesi, biz ayd\u0131nlar i\u00e7in hem bir vicdan borcu,hem g\u00f6rev hem de bu konularla \u015fimdi ve gelecekte ilgilenenleri \/ilgilenecekleri ve \u015fimdi ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm ilgilileri yan\u0131lg\u0131lara d\u00fc\u015fmekten, yanl\u0131\u015f bilgiler edinmekten,bo\u015f yere birbirini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp \u00fczup k\u0131rmaktan kurtarm\u0131\u015f oluruz; nesnel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler i\u00e7inde hareket etmeye, k\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131rkyarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. \u015e\u00f6yleki; I-)\u0130ddia: Mustafa Karacan&#8217;n\u0131n yaz\u0131s\u0131ndaki ilk iddia&#8217;ya g\u00f6re, &#8220;Beydili Boyunun Karacaluoyma\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olanlar, 1514 sonras\u0131 \u015fimdiki Karaca k\u00f6y\u00fc arazisi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde de\u011fi\u015fik yerlere k\u0131\u015flamak \u00fczere yerle\u015fmi\u015flerdir. O d\u00f6nemde bu yerler Kumar\u0131, \u00c7emi\u015f(\u00c7imi\u015f), Yaylac\u0131k,Toros vd. gibi yerlerdir.Oyma\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n da o tarihlerde Feyruz(Firuz) Bey vard\u0131r, o y\u0131llarda Feyruz(Firuz) Bey&#8217;in H. 928(M.1521)&#8217;de bir o\u011flu olur, ad\u0131n\u0131 boyun ad\u0131na uygun olarak Karaca koyarlar.Feyruz(Firuz) Bey, Hac\u0131 Bekta\u015f Derg\u00e2h\u0131 m\u00fcrididir&#8221;, demekte, \u00f6zetle b\u00f6yle s\u00f6ylemektedir.Acaba bu iddialar do\u011fru mu?Tarihi kaynaklar\u0131 kendi \u00e7ap\u0131m\u0131zda ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda: O d\u00f6nemle ilgili tarih kitaplar\u0131na ya da eldeki mevcut belgeler incelendi\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fclen durum ne? Bu tarihsel bilgilerde, s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen bahisleri ilgilendiren olaylara, durumlara geli\u015fmelere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, Be\u011f-Dili boyunun \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck, da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve dinamik bi\u00e7imde Halep&#8217;ten D\u0131yarbak\u0131r yaylalar\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131na de\u011fin yay\u0131l\u0131p da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Boz-oklu bir T\u00fcrkman boyu oldu\u011fu; iddialar\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi XV.ve XVI. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde, bu boy be\u011f ailelerinin, \u00f6zellikle Be\u011f-Dili boyunun (1690-1691) ve (1710-1712) tarihlerinde yap\u0131lan Rakka \u0130sk\u00e2nlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda boyun &#8216;ba\u015fbend&#8217;i (reisi) Firuz (Feyruz) Be\u011f&#8217;in emrindeki a\u015firetin ana koluyla gelip kendilerine isk\u00e2n yeri olarak g\u00f6sterilen, A\u011fca-kale&#8217;den Rakka&#8217;ya kadar uzanan yerlerde, yani Belih \u00e7ay\u0131 k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda isk\u00e2n edilip; Colab&#8217;a yerle\u015ftikleri, F.S\u00fcmer&#8217;in kitab\u0131n\u0131n(s.229) ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ozan Dedemo\u011flu&#8217;nun bir \u015fiirinde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ironik belirtildi\u011fi; ancak, Osmanl\u0131lar&#8217;\u0131n Rakka&#8217;da isk\u00e2n edilen oymaklar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131ndaki be\u011flere itibar edip mevki \/makam g\u00f6stermedikleri, de\u011fer vermedikleri ve \u00f6zellikle devlet memurlar\u0131n\u0131n isk\u00e2n edilen halka haks\u0131z muamelelerde bulunduklar\u0131, yap\u0131lan \u015fik\u00e2yetlerin hi\u00e7birinin kaale al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, onlara g\u00f6revlilerin yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 bu ve benzeri gerek\u00e7elerle, Be\u011f-Dili boyunun be\u011fi, isk\u00e2nc\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131 olan Firuz (Feyruz) Be\u011f&#8217;in sonradan meydana \u00e7\u0131kan hat\u0131ralar\u0131nda bile&#8221;bu fena yerlerde ya\u015fanmaz &#8221; diyerek bir k\u0131s\u0131m se\u00e7me obalar\u0131 ile birlikte, o s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u0130ran&#8217;a gitmi\u015f oldu\u011fu belgelerle ve o d\u00f6nemin yerli \u00e2\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u015fiirlerle sabittir. \u015eah Tahmasb d\u00f6neminin sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru belki de daha sonra \u0130ran&#8217;a gelen Firuz(Feyruz) Be\u011f ile yan\u0131ndaki beyleri orada \u015fa\u015fayla kar\u015f\u0131lay\u0131p T\u00fcrk asilz\u00e2deleri aras\u0131na d\u00e2hil ettikleri, y\u00fcksek memuriyetlere getirildikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.Firuz (Feyruz) Be\u011f, \u0130ran&#8217;dan bir daha d\u00f6nmez, orada kal\u0131r; orada Karaca adl\u0131 bir \u00e7ocu\u011fu oldu mu olmad\u0131 m\u0131, bilmiyoruz. Yaln\u0131z Feyruz Be\u011f Anadolu da de\u011fil, \u0130ran&#8217;da Hakk&#8217;a y\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.Bu kesin,B\u00fcy\u00fck Karacalu, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Karacalu oymaklar\u0131n\u0131n Rakka isk\u00e2n\u0131 fiyaskosundan sonra, b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcp Mersin(\u0130\u00e7-\u0130l) hudutlar\u0131nda Toroslarda yaylad\u0131klar\u0131na ili\u015fkin belgeli bilgi iz ve i\u015faretlere rastlanmaktad\u0131r.Padi\u015fah III. Murad (1574-1596) d\u00f6neminde, boyun di\u011fer14 oymak beyi oymak adlar\u0131yla zikredilerek, 150 atl\u0131 ile Avusturya&#8217;ya yap\u0131lacak sefere \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131, haz\u0131rlanan Be\u011f-Dili listesinin ba\u015f\u0131nda Feyruz(Firuz)Be\u011fin de\u011fil;en b\u00fcy\u00fck o\u011flu \u015eahin Bey&#8217;in ad\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr(S\u00fcmer 227) . Kez\u00e2Rakka&#8217;ya yap\u0131lan isk\u00e2n i\u015flerini ba\u015fta,\u015eahin Bey y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrken bir ara, Feyruz (Firuz) Bey isk\u00e2n i\u015flerine de el atar.Sonras\u0131 mal\u00fbm.B\u00f6ylece Be\u011f-Dili&#8217;nin g\u00fczel g\u00fcnlerinin sona erdi\u011fi t\u00fcrk\u00fcler de bile yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Dahas\u0131, 1690\/91&#8217;de Rakka&#8217;ya isk\u00e2n konusunda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir belgede; Tatarlu, Acurlu, \u00c7epni, K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7l\u0131 v.s. a\u015firetlerin isk\u00e2n yerlerinden ayr\u0131l\u0131p firar h\u00e2linde olduklar\u0131, bunlar\u0131n Malatya ve Elbistan sahas\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in, Malatya mutasarr\u0131f\u0131na emir yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; ayr\u0131ca 1710-1717&#8217;de baz\u0131 a\u015firetlerden bin h\u00e2ne halk\u0131n\u0131n Rakka&#8217;ya isk\u00e2nlar\u0131 i\u00e7in emir verilir.Bu bilgi resmi belgelerle sabit (BOA.,MD.101s.11;Ahmed Refik Anadolu&#8217;da T\u00fcrk A\u015firetleri s.96-97).Mara\u015f, Sivas-Malatya aras\u0131nda yo\u011fun T\u00fcrkmen boylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok fazla toplanmalar\u0131 nedeniyle, ihtiya\u00e7 g\u00f6sterilerek Dulkadiro\u011fullar\u0131 eyaletiyle birlikte, an\u0131lan iller aras\u0131nda (Yeni-\u0130l) ad\u0131nda yeni bir il olu\u015fturulmu\u015f, bu yeni iki ilin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7ine \u00e7evredeki yo\u011fun topluluklar\u0131n yerle\u015ftirildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir ki, bu boylar\u0131n k\u0131\u015f\u0131n Halep&#8217;te k\u0131\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131, yaz\u0131n Mara\u015f, Sivas Uzunyayla\/P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131 yaylalar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine sabit olmayan bir s\u00f6ylentiye g\u00f6re de, 1698&#8217;de,Yeni-il&#8217;e yerle\u015ftirilen Be\u011f-Dili\u2019nin Boz-Koyunlu,Kara \u015eeyhli obalar\u0131n\u0131n Elbistan kasabas\u0131na y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek buray\u0131 40 g\u00fcn ku\u015fatt\u0131klar\u0131, 500 ki\u015fi \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcp 500 kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocu\u011fu da tutsak ettikleri s\u00f6ylenirse de, asl\u0131nda F. S\u00fcmer&#8217;e g\u00f6re, bu \u00e7ok m\u00fchim ve inan\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 bir olayd\u0131r; kald\u0131 ki, Elbistan y\u00f6resi ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en Be\u011f-Dili obalar\u0131n\u0131n yollar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bulunan bir yer de de\u011fildir(F.S\u00fcmer s.227). Bu ba\u011flamda, yukar\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klanan tarihsel bilgilere dayanarak, Feyruz(Firuz) Beyin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130ran&#8217;a g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u0131llar ile, an\u0131lan \u0130DD\u0130A&#8217;larda s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen Feyruz Bey o\u011flu Karaca&#8217;n\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen (1521) ile \u0130rana g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 1698 tarihi aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 177-180 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre bulunmaktad\u0131r ki, bu s\u00fcre, iddiay\u0131 hem zaman, hem biyolojik y\u00f6nden tutars\u0131z h\u00e2le getirmekte, hem de bir insan\u0131n o ya\u015fta \u00e7ocuk yapma olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131n imk\u00e2ns\u0131z oldu\u011funu bir daha kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. G\u00f6r\u00fclen o ki, bu bilimsel ger\u00e7ekler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda iddian\u0131n hayal\u00ee\/uydurma oldu\u011fu kesin kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.
